Decree is a comprehensive legal consultation platform that connects users with qualified lawyers across India. Our app provides easy access to legal services including video consultations, document services, emergency legal assistance, and community forums for legal discussions.
Open the Decree app, browse available lawyers by location or specialty, select your preferred lawyer, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You can pay using your wallet balance or other payment methods.
Navigate to the Wallet section in the app, tap on "Add Money", enter the amount you wish to add, and complete the payment using your preferred payment method. The balance will be credited instantly.
If you miss your scheduled appointment, please contact the lawyer directly through the app to reschedule. Refund policies vary based on the cancellation time. For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund.
In case of legal emergencies, tap the "Emergency Help" button on the home screen. Describe your situation, attach any relevant documents or images, and submit your request. Our network of lawyers will respond to urgent matters as quickly as possible.
To delete your account, go to Profile Settings in the app and select "Delete Account". You can also email us at info@decree.law with your registered phone number requesting account deletion. Account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed.
Register as a lawyer through the app or website, provide your Bar Council registration number, upload required documents (ID proof, Bar Council certificate), and submit for verification. Our team will verify your credentials within 2-3 business days.
Try clearing the app cache, ensure you have a stable internet connection, and update to the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Check if your phone number is entered correctly. Ensure you have network connectivity and SMS services are active. Wait for 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP. If the problem continues, contact our support team.
If your payment failed but the amount was deducted, the refund will be automatically processed within 5-7 business days. If you don't receive the refund, please contact us with your transaction details.
Ensure you have a stable WiFi or 4G connection. Close other apps running in the background. Grant camera and microphone permissions to the app. Try moving to an area with better network coverage.
